Transparent pricing. No retainer surprises.
We charge for two things: building the infrastructure and operating it continuously. The build is a one-time fee. The retainer covers ongoing autonomous operation, optimisation cycles, and the engineering time to keep systems running at their SLOs. We don't charge for headcount we replaced — we charge for outcomes the systems produce.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We scope the build, align on SLOs, and give you a fixed-price build quote before any contract is signed. Retainers start after the build is live and the system is validated.
